Diese Website kommt ohne Tracking aus: keine Analyse-Tools, keine Werbe-Cookies, keine Weitergabe Ihrer Daten zu Marketingzwecken. Die Schriften sind lokal auf dem Server gespeichert; beim Aufruf der Seite wird keine Verbindung zu Google Fonts aufgebaut. Das einzige eingebettete Drittangebot ist die Google-Karte, und die lädt erst, wenn Sie zustimmen.
Online-Terminbuchung
Wenn Sie einen Termin buchen, verarbeiten wir die Angaben aus dem Formular: Name, E-Mail-Adresse, Telefonnummer sowie optional Ihre Nachricht (diese kann Angaben zu Ihrer Gesundheit enthalten, z. B. den Grund Ihres Besuchs).
- Zweck: Vereinbarung, Verwaltung und Bestätigung Ihres Termins.
- Rechtsgrundlage: Art 6 Abs 1 lit b DSGVO (Vertragsanbahnung und -erfüllung); für freiwillige Gesundheitsangaben Ihre Einwilligung bzw. Art 9 Abs 2 lit h DSGVO (Gesundheitsversorgung).
- Empfänger: Der Termin wird im Praxiskalender gespeichert (Google Calendar, Google Ireland Limited, Irland). Bestätigungs-E-Mails werden über den Dienst Resend (Resend Inc., USA; Standardvertragsklauseln) versendet.
- Speicherdauer: Solange es für die Terminverwaltung und allfällige gesetzliche Aufbewahrungspflichten erforderlich ist.
Hosting
Diese Website wird bei Vercel Inc. (USA; Standardvertragsklauseln) gehostet. Beim Aufruf werden technisch notwendige Server-Logs verarbeitet (IP-Adresse, Zeitpunkt, aufgerufene Seite). Rechtsgrundlage ist unser berechtigtes Interesse am sicheren Betrieb der Website (Art 6 Abs 1 lit f DSGVO).
Google Maps (nur mit Einwilligung)
Die Anfahrtskarte wird von Google Maps (Google Ireland Limited) bereitgestellt und erst geladen, wenn Sie im Cookie-Hinweis „Alle erlauben“ wählen oder die Karte per Klick laden. Dabei werden Daten (u. a. Ihre IP-Adresse) an Google übertragen. Rechtsgrundlage: Ihre Einwilligung (Art 6 Abs 1 lit a DSGVO). The short version
This website runs without tracking: no analytics, no advertising cookies, no sharing of your data for marketing. Fonts are stored locally on the server, so opening the page makes no connection to Google Fonts. The only third-party embed is the Google map, and it loads only after you agree.
Online booking
When you book an appointment we process what you enter in the form: name, email address, phone number and, optionally, your message (which may contain health-related details such as the reason for your visit).
- Purpose: arranging, managing and confirming your appointment.
- Legal basis: Art 6(1)(b) GDPR (steps prior to and performance of a contract); for voluntary health details your consent and Art 9(2)(h) GDPR (provision of health care).
- Recipients: the appointment is stored in the practice calendar (Google Calendar, Google Ireland Limited, Ireland). Confirmation emails are sent via Resend (Resend Inc., USA; standard contractual clauses).
- Retention: as long as needed for appointment management and any statutory retention duties.
Hosting
This website is hosted by Vercel Inc. (USA; standard contractual clauses). Technically necessary server logs (IP address, time, page requested) are processed when you visit. The legal basis is our legitimate interest in operating the website securely (Art 6(1)(f) GDPR).
Google Maps (only with your consent)
The directions map is provided by Google Maps (Google Ireland Limited) and loads only if you choose "Allow all" in the cookie notice or load the map with a click. Doing so transfers data (including your IP address) to Google. Legal basis: your consent (Art 6(1)(a) GDPR). You can revisit your decision at any time via the "Cookies" link in the footer.
